KJ Willis, a native of Dallas TX, found his musical beginnings in Memphis, TN attending his father’s church.
Riding in his Mom’s car as a young boy, he fell in love with old school RnB, funk music, and Pop. Micheal Jackson, Prince, Rick James, & Al Green are just a few names that influenced KJ to find
his way to the stage!

As a teenager, kj sang all over the city with Gospel recording artist Apostle Kevin Davidson, as well as participated in the church choir. His Father Bishop Kevin Willis began singing with him at church and his mother continued singing with him in the car until one day KJ decided to strike out on his own.

KJ has been blessed to sing with countless gospel and RnB artists around the globe! Those artists include Calvin Richardson, Rueben Studdard, James Fortune, and John P. Kee. and more..
He most recently toured professionally for Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds.
